Welcome to my food journal, where I keep track of everything I cook. I have a passion for food, and I believe that food has a special place in my life. While I am not a vegan or strictly plant-based, I do believe in the importance of balance. Seasonal fruits and vegetables play a significant role in keeping me healthy. My goal is to incorporate at least 10 ingredients into each meal and spend about an hour in the kitchen every night.

本当はキッチンに入るまでは毎日めんどうくさい。ちゃんと出汁はとらないけれども、材料はなるべく10種類以上を使い、調理をします。何を作ったのかすぐに忘れてしまうので、栄養健康管理と自分を褒めるために夕飯写真を撮っています。アジのなめろうが一番好きです。
